“The Healing Power of Elements” exhibition will present art that is positive and uplifting inspired by one or more elements — Earth, Water, Air and Fire. The exhibition will convey a broad range of interpretations of the elements by more than 50 artists. It will convey that Art created in this manner provides a significant power in our healing process.

The exhibition will promote the artists to our expansive international audience on social media and subscribers to both this website and Manhattan Arts International.

All styles, sizes, and all 2-and 3-d art are welcome. Mediums include painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, mixed media, collage, digital art, and more. (Exceptions: No installation, AI-generated art, video or graphic erotic art.)

At least 50 artists will be selected and will have one of their entries displayed prominently with their statements and links to their websites to help them gain recognition, opportunities for exhibitions and sales.  We encourage viewers to contact the artists directly to purchase their art. The service we provide is to promote the artists.

The primary curator is Renée Phillips, founder of The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS, and also founder and director of Manhattan Arts International, New York, NY. She may confer with one or more of her professional associates.

Requirements

* Art is related to the theme “Elements”
* Artist is 18 years or older
* Artist has their own art website or blog
* Artist is the original creator of the artwork
* Submissions are accepted in JPEG format 800 pixels wide or high and cropped properly
* Size of each JPEG file no larger than 1 MB
* Properly labeled image file with your name and entry. For example: Firstname_Lastname_1
* Artist’s statement is related to the theme of the exhibition — 80 words maximum.
* Submissions must be made using using our online entry form
* Nonrefundable entry fee payment via PayPal. 1-2 entries $25. Each additional entry: $10 up to 5 entries.

* Artist Members and Friends: You are encouraged to submit your art; however, please don’t submit art that already appears on this website.

Special Recognition Art Awards

* 6 Artists will be selected to be featured in articles or interviews on The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS website
* 4 Artists will be selected to be featured in articles or interviews on the Manhattan Arts International website
* 20 or more Artists will have their art in the exhibition video produced on the Manhattan Arts International YouTube channel
* 10 or more Artists will have their art promoted on social media announcing the exhibition
* 10 or more Artists will have their art remain on this website after the exhibition
