Art about the natural world reminds us about the magnificence of nature
and that we must celebrate, honor and preserve it.
Purpose of “The Healing Power of ART Inspired by NATURE”: This exhibition will raise awareness about art and artists inspired by nature. All styles of art and mediums including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, mixed media, collage, printmaking, digital art, and art made with recycled materials. Selected artists have one of their entries, statement, and a link to their website displayed. All Artists from around the world were invited to enter.
“The Healing Power of ART Inspired by NATURE” 2023 will offer viewers exposure to the best art inspired by nature. Art about the natural world reminds us about the magnificence of nature and that we must celebrate, honor and preserve it. As Rachel Carson asserted, “The more clearly we can focus our attention on the wonders and realities of the universe about us, the less taste we shall have for destruction.” The artist Odilon Redon stated, “The artist submits from day to day to the fatal rhythm of the impulses of the universal world which encloses him, continual centre of sensations, always pliant, hypnotized by the marvels of nature which he loves, he scrutinizes.”
